[+] New flag moNoSTMPIdent for TLMDMAPIOption (disables additional SMTP ident information which might me misinterpreted by latest Mozilla versions).
[+] SendMail and SaveMail were overloaded. You can now also use SendMail (HWND:ULong) or SaveMail (HWND:ULong) to provide an additional parent window handle (if you encounter freeze of dialog).
